Shipping policy
Delivery Schedule
We ship orders Monday through Saturday using Overnight Shipping only.
• Orders placed between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM CST are shipped the same day for overnight delivery.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST are shipped the next business day.
Shipping Schedule
• Shipments to other states are dispatched Monday through Thursday.
• Local deliveries within Chicago are dispatched Monday through Friday.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are shipped the next business day.
Shipping Method
Due to the perishable nature of caviar, all orders are shipped using temperature-controlled packaging to ensure product freshness.
Delivery Responsibility
Once the carrier marks the order as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.
Please ensure availability to receive the package upon delivery.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
We are not responsible for:
• incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
• failed delivery attempts due to recipient unavailability
• packages left unattended after delivery
Damaged or Compromised Orders
If your order arrives damaged or compromised, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at [your email] with:
• your order number
• clear photos of the product and packaging
Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement or refund, at our discretion.
Carrier Delays
Once your order has shipped, delivery times may occasionally be affected by the carrier or weather conditions. While refunds are not issued for carrier-related delays, please know that we stay closely in touch and are always on hand to support you.
