Caviar is classified as a perishable food product. For health and safety reasons, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, we take product quality very seriously.

If your order arrives:
 • damaged,
 • spoiled,
 • incorrect,
 • or compromised due to shipping issues,

please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at blackgoldcaviarllc@gmail.com with:

 • your order number
 • clear photos of the product and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund, at our discretion.

We cannot issue refunds for:
 • improper storage after delivery
 • delays caused by incorrect shipping information
 • subjective taste preferences
